JACQUARD PRODUCTS-Neopaque Flowable Extender. Mix with Lumiere and Neopaque paints to make them more transparent. Extender will not alter the texture or consistency of the paint. Neopaque Extender can also be used as a medium for Pearl Ex Pigments. Can be used on wood, canvas, paper and natural or synthetic fibers. This package contains 8 onces/.24 litres of Flowable Extender. Conforms to ASTM D 4236. Made in USA.
