Deco Foil has reformulated the transfer gel to work with or without heat. You can transfer using heat or pressure from a die-cutting machine. Permanent transfer medium that dries clear and remains tacky for easy use. This package contains 4oz of transfer gel. Conforms to ASTM D 4236. Made in USA.
