HTC-White fusible non-woven interfacing. 100% polyester, 3 yards x 15" wide, machine washable. Provides light to moderate support in detail areas such as collars, cuffs, waistbands, pockets, and facings. Suitable for a variety of blouse and dress weight fabrics, and as a lightweight stabilizer for general craft applications. The economical choice for reinforcing paper patterns. Fuse (using little or no steam), then use patterns over and over again!
